The adventure I have been on with Rachel has been nothing short of transformational. In fact, when I reflect on the last 6 months and how far I have come, it feels like “transformational” isn’t big enough a word! I’m not sure I have a word for the feeling! I came to Rachel feeling broken. I had been on the same ride with my body for over 15 years. My weight had gone up and down and my self worth with it. It wasn’t working for me or for my family, and it sure wasn’t the example that I wanted to set for my children. I thought by working with Rachel that we would be able to “fix” me. I was not prepared for the freedom that would come from embracing me; from loving me. Rachel brings a beautiful blend of insight, warmth and playfulness to each and every session. For me, her love, kindness and support was felt across the other side of the world. For all the complexities there could have been for our international sessions, I am amazed with how easy Rachel made it all! I cannot thank Rachel enough for the changes that she has helped bring into my life. When I think ‘why didn’t I do this sooner?’, my only response is ‘Because Rachel and I were the right team for this’.
I’ll admit, I was hesitant to start working with Rachel. I was worried it would just be one more thing I tried and failed. My relationship with food had been complicated as long as I could remember and it was hard to feel hopeful. From the beginning, Rachel assured me I couldn’t fail at this process as long as I stuck with it, and she was right there with me every step of the way. Coaching isn’t the magic pill, it’s actually a lot of hard work, but I can honestly say on the other side, my relationship to food and myself are healthier and happier than I ever could have imagined. Working with Rachel, I learned to show up for myself each day. I learned I’m perfect the way I am. Most of all I learned my perfect isn’t perfect... but it is beautiful, healthy and free. And I am so much happier and more at peace with myself and around food with this new knowledge firmly planted and blooming in my life.
I am completely blown away by the results I got working with Rachel. Together we completely transformed the way I approach eating healthy, and as a result my energy levels and focus at work have sky rocketed. But even more importantly, Rachel helped me adjust my mental state – to let go of old habits I had of beating myself up and comparing myself with others. As a result, I feel happier and more comfortable in my own skin, and I know I am a better employee, wife, and mother. Working with Rachel was truly a life changing experience.

When I started with Rachel, I thought I had this whole “healthy eating” thing figured out. I thought having Rachel would be a nice adjunct to what I was already doing. My system prior to Rachel: 21 days of extreme cleansing while exercising 6 days a week- obsessively so. Sounds ideal right? Not so much. What I didn’t realize was that for every cleanse I went on, there was an equal and opposite binge. It became a vicious cycle and I began to have a very unforgiving and unhealthy relationship with food. Rachel helped me to look inward and face the root of the problem: my extreme need for control in my life, and the deep embedded insecurities that have consumed me since childhood. While I always thought being a ‘control freak’ and a perfectionist were ways to ‘fix’ these insecurities, little did I know these traits were destroying my self image and my ability to find true happiness. The first words of wisdom she gave me, while counterintuitive and hard to grasp at first, became my saving grace: self-forgiveness and letting go. These priceless words set the tone for the rest of our sessions. Rachel guided and supported me through times when I felt weak and powerless, and celebrated my many triumphs. Her compassion, support, attentiveness, honesty, and wisdom all worked so deftly to create an empowering and moving experience. Every session had a breakthrough more powerful than the last. The result? :::Drumroll please::: I LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF AND MY BODY! I don’t cringe when I look in the mirror; I dismiss the negative and self-destructive thoughts before they get a chance to become real or tangible; My goals have changed from being ‘thin’ to being ‘strong’on the outside but more importantly on the inside; I don’t deprive myself of treats and find myself naturally gravitating to healthier choices; I have finally found balance! Do I still have bad days? Of course- I am human. The difference now is that Rachel has given me the tools to help navigate them and reset my thoughts and actions. Everyone deserves to love and accept themselves for who they are. If you want so badly to have this self-acceptance and love, but don’t know how to make it happen- Rachel’s coaching is an incredible and powerful tool to help you get there. I would not be the woman I am today without her guidance and support. Thank you Rachel!
Before I started meeting with Rachel, I was working long hours at my job and eating a lot of take-out and “quick-and-easy” processed foods. After completing Rachel’s program, I still find myself at the office more than I am at home, but my eating habits have completely changed. Rachel taught me how to incorporate healthy eating into my hectic work schedule —- something I had tried for years on my own, but was never successful! I also really enjoyed Rachel’s approach to nutrition education. I learned about a different food group each session and then incorporated 1 or 2 new foods from the group into my meal plan for that week. This method helped me to step outside of my comfort zone and experiment with healthy, new foods without feeling like I needed to completely revamp my diet overnight. Rachel has been studying and practicing nutritious eating for a very long time, and is full of cooking tips and quick recipes that I still use today. Rachel gave me the tools I needed to improve my diet and was there to encourage me every step of the way. Today I have more energy and do not feel that fast food is my only option during a busy week. In fact, my cravings for salt and refined carbohydrates have dissipated, and more recently I have completely cut soda out of my diet (something I thought would never happen). This shows that the effects of Rachel’s coaching are still present in my life, even though we no longer work together on a monthly basis. I would recommend Rachel’s services to anyone who is interested in learning more about nutrition and improving their overall lifestyle. Rachel is a great listener and truly cares about helping her clients achieve their goals. I looked forward to our sessions and always left them feeling empowered and eager to continue on my health journey.
Rachel not only helped me build up enough kitchen confidence to cook, and to create diversity in our weekly meals, but she has also helped me to take a deeper look inside of myself and what goals were truly my own. She taught me that it is ok to ask myself what I want for my own life, and to let go of what other voices might be inside my head. Our sessions have helped keep me on point. I have someone that checks in on me, someone who really cares about my progress and that is something that I have found helpful and empowering. She is knowledgable, warm and professional, and she will literally be your biggest cheerleader.”
As someone who has struggled with my relationship with food and my relationship with my body, I was nervous to begin coaching with Rachel. Rachel showed me that there is much more to feeling confident and comfortable in my own skin than finding that perfect diet and losing a little weight. Working with Rachel helped me change the way I think about food and more importantly the way I perceive myself. We worked on tools that I can continue to use in my life when I am feeling weak or vulnerable. Rachel made me realize that I am not alone and we all go through times that we can do better, but getting down on yourself never helps the situation. Although these issues are a work in progress, it is very comforting to know I can reach out to her at any time. I would advise anyone who wants to learn some powerful tools to help them through hard times, or just wants a fresh perspective to reach out and try working with Rachel.
I had no idea what to expect when I started working with Rachel. I was feeling stuck and frustrated in my life and business, and my sessions with Rachel helped me to get clear on what was really going on and get back into action. I am so grateful for our time together.

Working with Rachel has changed the way I eat, and more importantly, changed the way I feel. I began our work together not having prepared a home cooked meal, or even grocery shopped, in months (seriously). I was looking for a quick fix, but Rachel provided a comprehensive program that has completely changed the way I eat. I’m now excited about cooking healthy meals and truly enjoying the physical and mental energy that comes with them.
When I started working with Rachel, I was completing avoiding certain foods because I’d been told in the past that I was “intolerant” of them. Rachel gave me the courage and motivation to challenge that belief. She helped me focus on other aspects of my diet and approach to eating, ultimately allowing me to reintroduce many of the foods I’d stopped eating while eliminating the negative side effects I’d associated with those foods. Rachel is so passionate about what she does and genuine in her desire to help people improve their lives that you can’t help but feel inspired when working with her. I really enjoyed my time working with Rachel. She helped me sort through all of the noise in my head so I could figure out what I actually want. Now I am feeling more confident in myself and in my plans as well as more connected and open in my relationships.
I started working with Rachel and it was amazing! She mostly helped with my transition to gluten-free but was instrumental in infusing positivity into many other parts of my life as well.
