Many of us are moving through our lives with a lot of stuck energy in our bodies and psyches. That stagnation can create lack of clarity, muddled thinking, ruminating, and doubt over where to go and what to do next. All of which translates to getting stuck in the mind and stuck on the sidelines.
In this virtual workshop, we'll use an active two-part breathing method to facilitate quieting the mind and releasing the stuck energy holding you back from clarity and forward momentum in your life.
As you release pent up old emotions and thought patterns stored in the body, you create space to feel your energy body, spirit, and truth.
You can breathe for general clarity or create an intention around any area of your life where you'd like to feel more clear: career, relationships, money, family, purpose, etc.
The active breath allows you to go within to find your most aligned, empowering answers.
What you're seeking is already within you; we are just creating the time and space for you to connect in and listen.
What you'll need:
A comfortable, private space to lay down flat (bed, couch, yoga mat)
A journal or something to write/type on
A pillow to yell into when we release the built up energy
Zoom, a free software that will automatically download when you click the meeting link. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early if you have never used Zoom before.
You may also want a blanket and/or an eye mask for additional comfort
You'll receive an email with login instructions on the day of the session.
You must register two hours before the event start time in order to attend live.
You do not need to attend live to receive all of the healing benefits.
A recording will be sent to you after the class that you can download and revisit as many times as you like.
